♡ Returns
All sales are final. Pink Collar Co. does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/style selection, or unwanted items.
Returns are only considered if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
♡ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
♡ Exchanges
Due to the personal-use nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or otherwise handled.
If we made an error with your order or your item arrived defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
♡ Sale & Clearance Items
All sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
♡ Order & Shipping Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Pink Collar Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, Pink Collar Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
♡ Order Cancellations
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
